Small Group Weight Training builds your physique, strength & performance. Workouts are comprised of barbells, dumbbells, & body weight. Workouts are themed daily to address the body in full & last 60-75 minutes long. Each client follows their own individualized program. Clients must be at a minimum intermediate fitness level to join. Group members are comprised of 3-5 people. All packages include a customized nutrition plan backed by science principles & tied to your body, age, gender, & goals.
Can't attend training in person? Live in a different city or out of state? Online Nutrition & Fitness is the service for you! An exclusive and personalized custom program built directly to you that includes nutrition and exercises tailored to your needs and environment. 8, 12, or 16 week programs are available and include weekly check-ins & accountability, along with advanced fat loss tips supported by research. This program changes as you change in results and overcomes plateaus.
A Fitness Consultation is a 30 minute meeting with Branden. During this meeting, he will help you maximize the benefits of your studio membership and recommend a service based on your needs. During this meeting, he will review your medical and exercise history, and establish your baseline fitness level.
If a service is chosen, your consultation fee can be applied toward your service. Otherwise, all consultation fees are non refundable.
